Any Mac running macOS Ventura or later. MacBook, iMac, Mac Mini, Mac Studio — all work. If you're unsure, mention your model on the call and we'll confirm in 30 seconds.
For your assistant to be available 24/7, yes — it needs to stay on and connected to the internet. Most clients either use a Mac Mini dedicated to this, or keep their machine on. If that's a concern, the cloud plan removes it entirely.
Your assistant stays on your hardware. You own it. We won't remotely wipe it or lock you out. The monthly fee covers our ongoing partnership — support, skill building, and improvements. If you cancel, your assistant keeps running exactly as configured.
If we set everything up and your assistant isn't working as described within 14 days, we'll make it right — or refund you. We stand behind our work.
